From the app
If you can sign in, the quickest way is to open KINITY → Profil → Paramètres → Supprimer le compte (Profile → Settings → Delete account). Once you provide the requested confirmation, deletion begins directly.
If you cannot access the app
Use the form below with the email address associated with your account. KINITY may ask you to reply from that address or provide limited information for verification. Never send your password, a sign-in code or an identity document without a specific and justified request from KINITY.
If the form does not work, send your request from your account’s email address to contact@kinity.fr, with the subject “Demande de suppression de compte KINITY”.
What is deleted or retained
Deletion closes the account and results in the erasure or anonymisation of the profile, sign-in identifiers, preferences, notification tokens and associated content, depending on its nature. A shared activity or conversation may be anonymised rather than erased if it remains necessary for other participants.
Strictly necessary information may be retained with restricted access to handle a report, prevent fraud, comply with a legal obligation or defend a right. The applicable details and retention periods are set out in the privacy policy.
Processing time
A verifiable request is processed as promptly as possible and, as a rule, within one month. If it is complex, this period may be extended by two months; KINITY will then inform you of the reason and the new deadline.
